Dear Bee,
Although we haven’t known each other for too long, I can confidently say that there isn’t anyone else I’d rather spend my time with. Being in your company brings me so much joy, and I find myself craving it whenever you’re not around. I love being around you, and even when it’s just you asleep on the other side of the phone, knowing your presence is still there fills me with warmth. (Maybe I also just like hearing you snore.)
I could talk about you for hours on end, until either my voice gave out or my friends got tired of me yapping, or both. I truly adore you and every aspect of you. Even though my memory feels shot and shattered, committing every detail and conversation about you to memory comes as naturally to me as breathing. The things I associate with you just stay in my brain effortlessly. It’s never something I have to consciously think about; you’re just always there in the back of my mind.
In every dream I have, you’re always there at the center of it. The smallest things remind me of you and the conversations we’ve had, whether it be song lyrics, the mention of a book, a conversation about Long Islands, or even just playing a game. Although those things are all quite ordinary and insignificant, they become so meaningful to me because they remind me of you.
Among the millions of things and moments that people perceive as beautiful, I think nothing in the world could compare to being with you. I’ve been so happy during the time we’ve spent together, and I simply don’t want it to end. I could go on talking about my feelings for you for centuries, but for now, I’ll leave you with this one last question…
